Please note:

- there is no designated parking at the front of the flat and all other parking is permit only or payable. However, there can sometimes be parking available on the front shared driveway in Buckingham place.

- This basement flat has wooden steps leading down to the flat and the laundette will need to come down the steps to collect and deliver the laundry in an outside box.
